The Board of Directors of The State Bank of Geneva (SBG) is proud to announce the promotion of Rick Razum to Chief Executive Officer and President, effective January 1, 2020. For the past twelve years, Rick has played a vital role in the SBG team serving as First Vice President of Business Development and Information Technology.
SBG Chairman of the Board, Gregg Nelson, said “Rick has a proven record in initiating and managing change in the rapidly evolving landscape of Community Banking. Rick has piloted the upgrade of the Bank’s Technology platform, developed ongoing relationships in the community that have increased the Bank’s loan and deposit portfolios, and he has demonstrated his leadership in every facet of the Bank. Rick’s focus on the Bank’s community-driven philosophy has been developed by meeting with local small business owners. Rick has the entrepreneurial attitude that SBG needs.”
