Consumer Online Banking signup
Our new online banking website is now live and we are accepting registrations. Self-enrollment is quick and easy.
To self-enroll in The State Bank of Geneva Internet Banking as a personal consumer, you must first visit The State Bank of Geneva homepage at www.sbgeneva.com and navigate to the left side of the screen and under the “Online Banking” tab you will find the “Online Banking Registration.”
After click on the “Online Banking Registration,” you will then proceed to the “Sign On to Online Banking” screen. For registration, you will navigate to the “Please click here to Enroll in Online Banking” tab. For any future reference, you will just enter your username in the “Username” field to the left of this registration area and continue through logon process.
Step 1.) After clicking “Please click here to Enroll in Online Banking,” a ‘Confirm Your Identity” page will appear. This is where you will enter all of your personal information such as name, address, tax-ID, birth date (MM/DD/YYYY), etc. You will enter one account type and the corresponding account number here; it does not matter which account you choose as long as it is a valid account number at The State Bank of Geneva. Your personal information must correspond with what The State Bank of Geneva has on record for your accounts. After finishing this section of the registration you will click on “Continue Enrollment.”
Step 2.) If everything on the previous page was entered correctly, the registration will navigate you to a “Create Signon Information” screen. On this page, you will enter a username that is personal to you that is unique and easy to remember; this username may not contain any spaces. You will confirm this username once again and then create a password.
- At least 8 characters in length
- 1 or more numerical characters
- 2 or more alpha characters (At least 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase)
- 1 or more special characters (!@#$%^&*< >)
Step 3.) You will then be asked to review our disclosure and agree to our terms and conditions before continuing to the last page.
Step 4.) After you agree to our terms and conditions you will be asked to review your username and primary email for verification purposes. After you click on “continue enrollment,” you will be directed to a confirmation page that says enrollment completed with a green check mark. You will then be navigated directly into your “Accounts Overview” page where you can do a variety of tasks.
